The Southern Lodge is a wonderful design featuring a combination of rustic and craftsman amenities, as well as the heavy detailing found in many mountain lodge homes. This plan offers several variations in the floor plan, and can be built anywhere from approximately 2500 sq. ft. to over 5,000. The version shown here comes in just under 3200 sq. ft. and features a main level primary bedroom with a luxurious master bath, a vaulted great room with cedar beams and lots of cedar trim surrounding the rear wall of windows, a beautiful kitchen with an adjoining morning room, an open entry foyer with cross timbers overhead, and behind the kitchen a walk in pantry and laundry area leading out to the 3 car garage. A beautiful screened porch off the kitchen leads to a large deck area behind the great room. There are two guest bedrooms on the second level above the garage that share a jack and jill style bathroom.
